Following up on my blog about white paint colors are thoughts about using creamy off-whites for interior trim. The softer, creamier off-white colors complement wall colors such as taupe, beige and brown, plum and burgundy, sage green and gold. They also tie in well with natural oak floors or stained floors in warm tones such as walnut or fruitwood, and with dark wood trim found in many classic homes or offices. A favorite creamy off-white is Benjamin Moore Atrium White – it has a hint of color but works really well as a neutral in many different settings, whether traditional or contemporary, formal or casual.
