Here on Cape Cod for the summer, I feel lucky to live in a beautiful spot and I’m inspired by the surroundings. The beach, surf and sky create a low key and lovely design direction with “sea glass” colors – washed out aqua, soft green, cobalt blue, frosted white and an occasional pop of brown. Sea glass colors are great for practical items such as tile for floors or backsplashes or for granite counter tops, and for more decorative items such as upholstery fabrics, drapery fabrics, pillows, bed linens and area rugs.
