New Design Projects to Begin a Busy New Year

New year, new beginnings, new projects coming up. I’m excited to be working with new clients and also continuing with current clients on some fun projects, including new construction residential projects in Newton, Lexington and Arlington, a living room and dining room furniture and window treatment refresh in Newton, a kitchen and bath renovation project in Lexington, a new construction residential project on Cape Cod, and a living room & sitting room refresh on the Cape with new furniture, window treatments, area rugs and accessories.

The new construction projects involve everything from reviewing architectural plans to selecting millwork, cabinets, tile, counter tops, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures and paint colors. We’ll then move on to furniture layouts and selections, carpet/area rugs/flooring, window treatments, lamps, art & accessories. Some new construction projects last at least a year, and I make it a priority to keep the process enjoyable for my clients.

For projects with furniture, window treatments, and rugs and carpet, I tap into trade-only resources to bring clients the best for fabrics, upholstered furniture, loose furnishings (such as coffee tables, end tables, desks etc.), accessories such as lamps and pillows, and art. I tailor my recommendations to fit clients’ budgets and styles and I pay attention to all of the details that create a successful outcome.

The New Year promises to be busy and fulfilling. Here’s to 2022!
