I just wrapped up a kitchen renovation project that came together seamlessly. The client and I hit it off right from the start and really enjoyed working together during the design process selecting cabinets, finishes, granite, tile and lighting. The home is an upscale Colonial in a lovely neighborhood, and the kitchen was transformed from dark and unremarkable to lovely, light and sophisticated. The contractors and craftsmen involved added a high level of professionalism and dedication to the project.
We were able to visit the cabinet maker as he built custom cabinets, to refine the details and select a wonderful off white finish. Travel to the stone yard resulted in the selection of Delicatus White granite that featured beautiful off white, gray and black tones with a special highlight of soft, translucent, light green accents that inspired our choices for subway backsplash tile, glass mosaic accent tile, and paint colors.
Finishing touches such as polished chrome cabinet knobs, plus polished chrome and glass pendant lights, added another layer of detail and made the overall project results even more complete.
